Marc Pilisuk teaches at the Saybrook Graduate School and is Professor Emeritus of Community Psychology in the Department of Human and Community Development at the University of California at Davis. He is a past President of the Society for the Study of Peace, Conflict and Violence, and a Steering Committee Member of Psychologists for Social Responsibility. Jennifer Achord Rountree is a doctoral student at Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco, researching community development projects in indigenous communities in Latin America. She is presently working with a Kaqchikel Maya community in San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala.
