It begins with their lives before the Flood and then the construction of the Ark, the Flood, and also the amazing things that happened after the Flood. It's a story within a story! Intricately woven into it are over 100 Hebrew names describing 'headline events' all the way from Genesis 1 to Genesis 11, including Post-Flood volcanic activity that drove their descendants out of the Ararat Highlands and down into the Mesopotamian Valley.
