Beschreibung:
In this foundational study, originally published in 1880, Heinrich Kihn (1833-1912), professor of theology at Wurzburg, compared the exegetical work of two significant figures in late antiquity. All subsequent scholarly work on Junillus Africanus, and much on Theodore of Mopsuestia, depends on Kihn's edition and analysis, even when disputing its interpretation.
